Thank you for shopping with kids-sensory. We want you to be happy with your order. This Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges and refunds work.

Return window

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

How to start a return

To start a return, contact us at darkrimmadjid@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will confirm whether your item is eligible and provide instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, items that have been used, opened from sealed packaging where applicable, or are not in their original condition cannot be returned unless they are defective.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color (where available), please contact us and we will do our best to arrange this, subject to stock availability.

Shipping costs for returns

Unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility and will be deducted from your refund, if applicable.
